Professional Foundation

From Engineering to Creative Marketing

Before launching the center, Joan earned degrees in Industrial Engineering and an MBA with honors, which laid the groundwork for her early corporate success.

At PepsiCo and UPS, she led large-scale projects in market intelligence and revenue management, developing internal systems that continued to serve those companies long after her tenure. Her background is rooted in logic and analytics, yet always driven by a deeper sense of meaning.

She went on to found her own agency, Via Arete, where she built award-winning campaigns for brands such as HBO, Mercedes-Benz, Florida Blue, Castrol, and Gatorade.

Her work in marketing became a bridge to something deeper: using systems to inspire transformation. That clarity continues to shape her leadership style today.

The Birth of a Longevity Hub

In 2023, Joan founded Serenergy Center, a Miami-based wellness center focused on supporting burnout recovery and long-term vitality through structured healing.

The concept fused advanced biohacking technologies with emotional resilience practices and reimagined what it meant to receive support at a nervous-system level.

The success of Serenergy led to a strategic partnership with Centner Wellness, resulting in the rebrand and expansion now known as Gables Longevity Hub.

Under her leadership, the center has become a destination for those seeking intelligent wellness without fluff. Every program is intentional, every space designed to reset the system, and every modality chosen for its functional power to support cellular regeneration and emotional balance.
