At Centner Gables, we welcome well-behaved dogs under the following conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable environment for all:

• Training and Behavior: Dogs must be fully trained, obedient, and non-aggressive. Owners are expected to maintain full control of their dog at all times.
• Size Limit: Only medium-sized dogs, with a typical weight of up to 50 pounds, are allowed. Unfortunately, large dogs are not permitted to help maintain a peaceful atmosphere.
• Non-Service Dogs Welcome: While your dog does not need to be a certified service animal, it must still meet all behavioral and size requirements.
• Leashing Requirement: Dogs must always be leashed and remain under their owner’s direct supervision while on the premises.
• Behavior Expectations: In the event that your dog exhibits disruptive or aggressive behavior, we will kindly ask you to leave and return at a later time without your dog.

Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not disturb other guests.

A fee of $35 will be added to your bill if your pet soils the premises to cover the cost of necessary sanitizing methods.

We reserve the right to ask any guest with a dog to leave if these guidelines are not followed.
